Florida Electrical Specialists is a Florida-based platform built to connect homeowners, property owners, and businesses with licensed and insured electrical professionals across Florida. We are not an open directory, and we are not a marketplace where anyone can pay to be listed.
We operate under one non-negotiable rule: Every electrical professional on our platform must be properly licensed and insured in the state of Florida.
We are a verification-first network created to protect property owners and elevate legitimate electrical trade professionals. Unlike Angi, Yelp, Google, and similar platforms, we do not allow self-reported credentials. If an electrical contractor cannot meet Florida’s strict licensing and insurance requirements, they are not listed.
Finding a qualified electrician shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Unfortunately, on platforms like Angi, Yelp, and Google, there is no verification requirement for licensing or insurance. This means unlicensed individuals can advertise alongside legitimate professionals, putting property owners at risk of poor workmanship, failed inspections, and liability.
Florida Electrical Specialists was created to eliminate that risk by offering a verified network of licensed Florida electrical contractors.
